Witchcart was a Human witch from the Sonic's World who acted as an antagonist force. She usually made use of her enforcers, known as the Witchcarters.

Past[]
Tails had fought Witchcart and her Witchcarters minions in the past. After defeating the witch's minions the foxed finally faced and defeated her in Dark Castle.
Tails’ 30th Anniversary[]
When Tails and Sonic flew their plan to Flicky Island for a vacation, Tails deduced that trhe appearance of railroad tracks, crystals and lack of flicky's to be the doing of Witchcart. (Sonic the Hedgehog: Tails' 30th Anniversary Special)

- Witchcart, only appeared in the game, Tails Skypatrol, which was Tails first solo debut.
- In the reboot version of Archie Sonic, she makes an appearanceas the twin sister of the character Naugus.
- Witchcart is the second confirmed human in the classic dimension, alongside Classic Dr. Eggman.
