The civilian from Vista View was a red fur anthropomorph. During an invasion of badniks on his town, he picked up a wispon and sought to defend his fellow residents. (#1) From then on, he became braver and was not afraid to help defend his village and his fellow villagers. (5th Anniversary Edition)

Some time after This resident was one of the resident villagers who volunteered to defend their village after it was invaded by badniks comnsisting of Egg Pawns and Egg Hammers. This resident picked up a cube wispon randomly and went into battle. Despite the Egg Pawn hitting the hammer out of his hands, he was rescued by Sonic the hedeghog, who noticed the village under attack. While giving the wispon back, Sonic gave him a word of encouragement, saying that he knew a friend who used the hammer to good use. (#1) The resident would later take that encouragement to heart. Metal Virus Crisis[]
Some time after Dr Eggman returned to prominence, the Doctor unleashed the Metal virus on the towns. Despite the odds, the resident defended the few remaining villagers from the resulting zombots before the villagers and himself succumbed to the virus. The resident did not remember anything during his conversion into a zombot. He then witnessed himself being free from the virus thanks to Sonic’s actions.
Return appearance[]
Some time after the events of the metal virus, Sonic happened to arrive back at vista city, this time attacked by Shellcrackers. Sonic noticed that one of the Shellcrackers was destroyed by the resident. (5th Anniversary Edition)
Abilties[]
While originally an expert wielded of the cube wispon, hearing words of wisdom to Sonic motivated the resident to be better at wielding the weapon.
