Team Sonic Racing Plus Deluxe Turbo Championship Edition is a one-shot comic book special published by IDW Publishing. It is a reissue of the Team Sonic Racing one-shot special, which reprints the same story alongside new bonus features. It also includes a bonus story based on Caleb Goellner.

A cartoon version of caleb is racing with his pet pug, overly excited that he is to be writing a Team Sonic Racing one-shot and saying that is is a dream come true for him. He enters his home, exclaiming to himself that the outline has been approved, and now he has to write down the actual story. 10,000 moments later, he panics about not having idea for a story. However, looking at the cover of Sonic Mania, he remembers that Sonic was what got him into comics in the first place. He then firmly tells himself that the solution would be getting into the characters heads. Upon that notion, he begins typing, having his appearance change from Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and then Big the Cat. Having finished writing the storyline, he returns to his normal appearance and opens his front door, though not before saying Froggy- meaning that he wasn't entirely free from being Big the Cat. The narration exclaims that he finished, and gave thanks to the other production team members for their help.

- The special was put out in order to properly promote the game Team Sonic Racing, released the previous day. The original version, released in December 2018, was intended to coincide with the games originally planned release window around the same time, before the game was delayed.
