The final cover artwork for this book features a layout inspired by the work of Alphonse Mucha.^[2]

- Shots of Hidden Palace Zone, Pumpkin Hill, Sonic 3 & Knuckles' Special Stage, Sonic Advance's Angel Island Zone, and Sky Canyon.
