Trivia[]

  • The two new characters, Surge and Kit, appeared as silhouettes in IDW Sonic the Hedgehog Issue 45.
  • One of the citizens on page ten bears a resemblance to Ian Mutchler's Avatar that he made in Sonic Forces and named "Ian Jr."
    • This is an infamous version of the Avatar that has been seen in the Sonic the Hedgehog 30th Anniversary Symphony during the "Sonic Forces Medley".
    • This cameo was added at the request of Nathalie Fourdraine.[2]
  • This issue was initially going to be released on 10 November 2021, but was soon moved to 17 November 2021.
