Sharps the Parakeet was among those reading Amy Rose's hand-written comic book, whern Tails was handing out the comic for everyone to read.
Appearance[]
Sharps is a parakeet with white feathers and large red crest as a set of hair. He also has a small yellow beak.

Background Information[]
Sharps the Parakeet is based on the scrapped character from the "Sonic the Hedgehog Band", which appeared in concept artwork prior to the release of the original Sonic the Hedgehog; the band was supposed to play music when a player accessed the Sound Test option of the game.
