IDW Sonic Hub is the online database for IDW Publishing's Sonic the Hedgehog comic book series and its universe and is a source of information for the mania by the mania! IDW Sonic Hub started in October 2017 and was started by members of Mobius Encyclopaedia who wanted to continue documenting the new Sonic the Hedgehog comic book series after the unfortunate cancellation of the long running comic book series of the same name published by Archie Comics Publications. IDW Sonic Hub currently consists of 1,090 articles!

There has been an announcement of a new spin-off miniseries based on the successful Sonic the Hedgehog movie, set after the movie and featuring the characters, this 4 issue mini-series serves as a prequel to the well-awaited movie sequel. The series will be written by Gale Galligan, who wrote the IDW Classic Sonic story, "Amy's New Hobby", in the Free Comic Book day issue.
