David Mariotte is an associate editor at IDW Publishing, who has done work for the IDW Sonic the Hedgehog comic series published by IDW Publishing. He is son of former IDW writer Jeff Mariotte. His favorite Sonic character is Big the Cat, and he has a minor in Gender and Women's Studies.
David Mariotte has been very involved with the fan community promoting the series at various conventions as well as actively interacting with fans in the IDW Sonic Comic Squad.
