Cream the Rabbit was a young girl rabbit who was the daughter of Vanilla the Rabbit and is usually seen with her companion Cheese the Chao. She was living, alongside her mother Cheese, and Chocola in Floral Forest Village.

Cream has been previously acquainted with Sonic and/or his friends from a pervious adventure. Despite her age, Sonic and his friends sometimes relied on her with her abilities.
