When Amy and Tails were trying to find a way to help a dissassembled omega gain a new body, Rouge remembered and mentioned Clutch as a collector of Eggman technology, as well as Clutch's weakness for Chao racing.
Rouge then said that she would sponsor them, but her history with Clutch wouldn't be ideal
